After holding a market at the Nikkou Store I am so excited to bring this to life via an online platform for everyone to shop from home. 

If you would like to apply I have included a Sellers FAQ for you below, please read through this thoroughly. Once you have read and agreed to the conditions outlined below please complete and return the Sellers form in the link above to hello@nikkoustore.com 

All of this should be fairly straight forward however please do not hesitate to get in contact with any questions. Once I have received your sellers form and you are approved I will get in contact with you. Please allow up to two weeks once we receive your application for us to process it and get back to you. 

FAQ’S

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Nikkou Market is open to all sellers and their pre-loved clothing and goods.

The Nikkou Market team will be in charge of shooting, styling, uploading and marketing the sale of the pre-loved clothing and goods. We will also take care of all customer orders.

Each launch date a handful of sellers and their goods will be selected to be sold on the Nikkou Market website. 

HOW CAN I SELL?

This is determined on a first in best dressed basis. We only select a handful of sellers at a time to ensure maximum exposure and premium sales of goods. Due to a high demand of sellers we appreciate your patience and will ensure everyone is able to sell their goods. We reserve the right to deny a seller if we feel they are not the right fit for our customer and audience.

WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

Each drop will be launched at a pre-determined date and time. All items will be listed on the website for a maximum time of 30 days. If any items have not sold after 30 days we will organise to have these returned at the cost of the seller.

HOW MANY PIECES CAN I SELL?

Each seller will be able to submit up to 20 items of pre-loved clothing, wares or accessories.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I INCLUDE?

We encourage sellers to include pre-loved women’s items from well-known brands such as those but not limited to brands carried in Nikkou Store. Sellers should select 20 items that are of high quality, in season or relevant to current fashion trends. Items that have any visible marks, tears or faults will not be accepted.  

WHO DETERMINES THE PRICE?

You do! This will be outlined on the sellers form and completed by you.

WHAT IS THE SELLERS FORM?

Each seller will be required to complete a sellers form. The sellers form is a spreadsheet and easy to complete. Sellers are asked to provide us with a description of their items including brand names, quality, size and price.
Once you have submitted your form the Nikkou Team will advise which items have been approved.

WHAT IS THE COST?

One off fee of $15 and 35% commission.

There is a one off set up fee of $15. This covers the cost of setting you up as an official Nikkou Market vendor and means you won’t have to pay for this next time you sell your goods through our market.

As a vendor you will be updated on products, order status and current sales. From here you will be advised your total profits.
 
Nikkou Market takes 35% commission on all sales. This means the seller will make 65% of the total profit.

The commission covers the labour and cost of shooting, styling, uploading and marketing the sale of goods. This also means you are able to reach customers in the Nikkou community of which includes a social following of 13K and a newsletter subscriber list of 3K.  

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COMMISION?

Commission will be reported and paid to sellers after 30 days via direct deposit.

WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN LABEL?

Please note that the market is for pre-loved designer and vintage clothing only. Labels and business are not permitted. This is to ensure the exposure of our sellers and their pieces.
